1.Your Rebatee.com Account.
In order to use certain services on the Site, you will need to create an account. All the information you provide when you create your account must be true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. You must be logged into Company and enter your password to change your Account information. Deals within Rebatee are available only to registered users. Only one account is allowed per user.
2.Suspension and Termination.

Rebatee reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account if Rebatee has sufficient reason to believe that deals were acquired through unauthorized means. We may terminate this Agreement and your use of or access to the Program at any time, for any reason or no reason. Any violation of this Agreement or the rules and conditions of the Program may result in the termination of your Account and forfeiture of pending or prior Cash Back and other rewards.
3.Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, we offer the website and services as-is and make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the website or its services, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose.
Rebatee is not a party to the transactions between you and a Seller. We do not control the products or services associated with Offers, including their availability or Seller’s right to sell them. We do not guarantee the truth or accuracy of the Offers. Company properties will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that they will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Further, company does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding the quality or accuracy of advertisements for any products or services offered or provided by its affiliate stores or sellers in conjunction with the programs.
4.Offers
You will find third party coupons, deals, advertisements and other offers on the Site ("Offers"). Offers are for products and services provided by third parties (each, a "Seller"), and if you choose to accept an Offer, the transaction will be between you and the Seller. Provided that you have difficulties to settle the dispute with sellers, you can contact us. However, you acknowledge that we are not a judicial or alternative dispute resolution institution and that we will make the determinations only as an ordinary reasonable person. In relation to disputes with any seller, you hereby agree to indemnify us from any and all claims, demands, and damages, actual and consequential, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, that is related to such disputes.
5.Content
You grant Rebatee, its affiliates and its users a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on the Site, any other Rebatee websites and applications, and on third party sites (e.g., under our account with a social networking site).
You have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Content, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to end users any required terms;
The Content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content;
The Content is not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated;
Your content is not getting advertised via unwanted electronic messages such as spam links on newsgroups, email lists, other blogs and web sites, and similar unsolicited promotional methods;
Your content is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company.
We do not guarantee how quickly your User Content will appear on the Site or how and where it will appear. We reserve the exclusive right to describe, categorize and place Offers in our sole discretion.
6.Obligations
You must abide by all applicable laws and refrain from violating any third party rights , you will not infringe any third party’s patent,copyright, service mark, trademark or other intellectual property right of any kind or misappropriate the trade secrets of any third party in connection with your use of the Program or the Company Properties;

You may not use the Site to collect information about other users, such as email addresses, and you will not interfere with the operation of the Program, including, but not limited to, distribution of unsolicited advertising or mail messages and propagation of computer worms and viruses;
You must provide a honest information to us at all times, including in your User Content;
You may not post User Content that is misleading, deceitful or illegal, or that encourages Users to visit a website or complete a transaction that is illegal;
Your Offers may only include products or services that fall within the categories shown on the Site.
7.Coins
Company offers coins or rewards for sign up, referring new Members to the Program or for other specific actions. Company reserves the right to withhold, deny or cancel any bonuses and/or rewards and/or terminate your Account if Company, in its sole discretion, deems any bonuses and/or rewards as fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious. Company decisions are final.
8.Cash Back
As a condition of payment of accrued Cash Back or other rewards, you must:
Establish and maintain an Active Account (defined below);
Provide a valid email address at which you are able to receive email;
Provide a password to protect your Account; and
Provide a physical address and/or a valid PayPal email address for receiving payment.
Cash Back excludes taxes, fees, shipping, gift-wrapping, discounts or credits, returns or cancellations, and extended warranties
9.Your feedback
You may be invited to provide us feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions, reviews and other information about our Programs ("Feedback") , by our member services or through one of our service providers. You hereby grant to Company and its affiliates and agents a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display the Feedback in any media and for any legal purpose, including, without limitation, the right to use such Feedback in advertising and promotional materials and to enhance or improve our products and services and the products and services of its affiliates.

The Company Marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Company’s or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Company. You shall not by any means bid on any keywords with any search engine containing "Rebatee," or anything substantially similar to "Rebatee," You shall not mention or use Company in any ad text, extensions or banner ads without the express written consent. All other trademarks not owned by Company that are used in the Programs are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to or sponsored by Company.
You may not copy, repurpose or distribute content found on the Site, including Offers, for any purpose, without our express written permission. For example, you may not copy our Offers onto any website or app. Without limiting the foregoing, the use of our content for commercial purposes is forbidden unless you have our express written permission.
